      Incredible leadership, consistent growth, collaborative teammates and a product that is the best in its class. Employees are in it for the long haul, and career growth opportunities are plentiful

      Not a flashy company - if you want the high flying feel of a buzzy tech company, not a fit

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      When I started over 5 years prior, the company had great intentions to be a good company and treat people with respect and dignity. The culture was improving consistently. They were putting in the right people in the right positions to accelerate their growth.

      Cons

      It all went to garbage. Massive leadership issue. Greed and internal politics ruined everything. Women and minorities were actively marginalized. There are now no women at the Chief level and only a few women left at the VP level in the entire company. The entire finance organization was a total disaster, allowing incompetence, arrogance, pettiness, favoritism, and nastiness to reign supreme.
