Culture is everything here at Eight Eleven Group which is why we strive to create a welcoming environment where all our employees feel empowered to be the best. We say “strive” because as you have mentioned, our work is far from finished. Cultural changes do take time, and we believe we are taking the right steps. This includes the creation of our employee-led connection groups, joined together based on common backgrounds, identities, or interests to provide a safe space for conversation and development. We have also expanded our benefits to include mental wellness coverage, additional PTO, and parental leave for all employees, as well as tuition assistance for those who qualify. These are just some of our latest enhancements to our internal culture! As we continue to grow, so will the type of support and assistance we provide to our employees, consultants, and clients.
