      Pros

      Pays well No other company treats their employees better. Great pay. Barbecue cookouts in the Summer on Fridays. Delicious. Best equipment out there. Relaxed atmosphere. Lots of hours given.

      Cons

      May have to work a lot of hours, but that just means more money. Rarely ever have to work sundays. Pretty good lately about not working on Saturdays. But expect it in the summer if you work in the field.

      Loved the free work lunches Office culture was warm and welcoming with the right people Awesome office Always open to new ideas

      Cons

      Nepotism runs rampant Everyone walks on eggshells around owners and owners family Lots of office politics Can be very catty, you have to keep your head down to keep your job.
