Pros

Very good benefit, competitive salary, lots of extra perks and yes our lunches are really amazing.

Cons

Managment takes too long to let under performing employees go. I hope they change that behavior immediately. Here is an example: We had a very weak People Success team for a long time who hired really badly, and as a result of their poor hiring, lots of tier C and D employees were working at Elementum in the past year. I remember having several conversations during our lunches with many of my teammates to find out that lots of them never kept their jobs for more than 1 year. Now, I see many complainers giving Elementum bad reviews but in reality, those former teammates who are writing the vast majority of these past reviews needs to digest that most of you were performing bellow average and that is probably the main reason why most of you are no longer working with at Elementum. Plain and simple.

Pros

Pay wasn't half bad and some times the lunches were decent

Cons

Lets be clear, Elementum is NOT a start up Per Nader's own words, Elementum has been around for awhile but never amounted to much. Almost the entire work force was laid off after years of supporting a garbage product. Then they attempted to re-invent themselves as a "supply chain" product. Within the yearish I was there it went from supply chain to a Service Now knock off and finally to piggy backing off of Snowflake to make themselves look like they are a legit data analytics company. And now "AI Driven Workflow"? These are just catchy words and phrases. It means nothing. Their product is garbage. Countless times you hear about big issues from big name customers and the "fix" was band aid on an gun shot wound. We were all told to log into the app store and give the app a 5 star rating, but it was just plain bad. The app is a glorified ticketing system. Add to it the relentless turn over. It seemed like once a week someone was fired and there was NEVER any plan in place to replace them. Within 1 month the main guy for software development was canned and then the director of engineering was gone, out of the blue, no warning. I ran all of the IT and was kept in the dark about most everything, including off boards. I was finally term'd after I turned down wanting to take on more work and roles without any additional pay in the engineering department. I am not an engineer and I did not want to be one, so I was let go. Fun story, Nader had the habit of just randomly showing up with new computers and I would literally be the last to know. There was a situation with a computer that we could not account for. This led to me having my final payouts being delayed for just about a month with absolutely no word from anyone from the company. I had to hound the HR rep almost weekly.
