The people are nice and strong portfolio in CMH.
Cons
CMH is very over worked and micromanaged. The culture is awful.
Your manager will almost certainly work you to the bone, smile in your face, and offer no support.
Managers love going into "strategy" meetings and thinking up new things to implement to "drive" the business. Most of it is meaningless and they push it to lower title team members get it done. They don't care how it gets done or whats bothering you. Just give them their precious extra metrics bonus so they can show their boss something is being done. Idiots.
The product is selling itself, they aren't doing anything meaningful.
