Growing a small company on multi million dollar automation projects can constrain resources.

The coworkers are the only good thing about this place.

-You give your 2 weeks and they will not acknowledge them. They will fire you as soon as you give themm 2 weeks notice. -No one last more then a couple of months here. Turnover rate is insane. -You have no work life balance here. They will make you work 50-70 hr weeks and also complain if you fall short of 40 one week. -They hire people for projects and will fire you as soon as you get them done. -No growth in the company. -They only care about themselves and no one else. -They will make you pay everything with your card and reinburse you later and that could take a month or so. -Promise a lot but so little to give -They talk bad about all there employees. -It's a horrible company to work for stay away from here if you can is only good for a short gig and about it. -They will contact you at every time possible even if it's 11pm-12am they do not care. -They will hire you telling you a bunch of lies just so you can take a job and then once you start working prepare for the worse.
