- In case of need, they provide free english courses in the office (Yes, in working hours. Yes, for real. And yes, company has an english teacher.)
- Colleagues are extremely friendly except a few ones.

Cons
- Management literally decreases salaries
- Limited room for self-deployment
- Management makes poll for employee related decisions and doesn't care the results. I think they're having fun by doing that. Otherwise there is no purpose of that.
- Almost every project is CMS. CMS is everywhere...
