      Pros

      Overall, the company has a lot of hardworking and knowledgeable staff. They are very well versed in in pipeline surveying and were making good strides into the infrastructure and renewable markets.

      Cons

      Depending on which region you worked for, the management styles and communication varied. The company is broken up into 3 independent regions and having worked for multiple regions, some are considerably stronger than others. 401k match would have been great. Competing companies all offer a 401k match. Company is to oil/gas centric and should diversify.

      Great management. Formal employee of 6 years. Good balance of home and work

      Cons

      Travel and locations are not organized properly. People wanting to work local will be states away from home, while people states away are working in your hometown.

      Awesome people employed there - the ones who work anyway.

      Cons

      Upper management/ownership is full of perverse nepotism. HR issues galore but when HR is just as compromised, its pretty hard to see changes or accountability.
