I really appreciate this feedback. My sincere hope is that each of our employees will say the same thing that you did in the headline! I know that's unrealistic but it's what I/we strive for. And I totally agree with the need to be more long-term in our thinking at times. As we become more established, have a bigger capital base to work from, etc., you can bet that will happen.
