Envoy is a small delivery focused implementation company working in the tec space. Working amongst a smaller team makes navigating the org structure easy, there is always someone around the corner helping to solve and help. We have one another's backs and are constantly learning, sharing and growing together. Our clients each have a different use case and the product is for ever growing. This is a great work environment if you are looking to avoid the monotony of routine implementations - our clients want a customized unique and organized implementation and we know how to deliver it! Remote work allows the flexibility to manage your schedule and work life balance. This is not groundhogs day :)
Cons
Not for the unorganized folks. If you are looking to interact with colleagues face to face every day this is not the job for you - we are 100% remote. If you get stressed out easy when you dont know the answer to something or cannot switch context this job will be a challenge. You must be comfortable being uncomfortable, great at solving problems and quick at finding solutions.
