Good place place to work for Work Life Balance - New Grad Epsilon Employee Review

No one really seems to know what the rest of the company does outside of their own department/account. Post acquisition, the company did a rebrand and restructure and this seemed to further confuse employees. Lots of general knowledge by employees and lots of buzzwords used to explain things without actual depth of knowledge present.
