Pros

None to report. All of the amenities that they highlight are just part of the grand façade. It's just a wall of smoke used to mask the stench of poor employers.

Cons

Ticking time bomb! This company's management cares nothing about its employees. One minute you're safe from being terminated, the next minute you're being escorted out the doors with a box they've conveniently packed full of your things. It doesn't matter how many years of service you provided, you are disposable, regardless. It doesn't matter how many accounts you've opened, investments you've made happen at the last minute, or fees you've collected. You are disposable… Regardless. Your personal issues are not private. Your personnel file is not privileged information, rather, it is shared among those who are considered to be elite. It's not just about building you up to bring you down, it's the entertainment of your fall that they thrive on. In this atmosphere, it really isn't what you know, it's who you know. They report false information and force you to sign their write ups, and may really convince you that you've done something wrong...and they criticize you, and make you question your own competencies… Competencies that they once applauded you for having. When they're done with you, they're done with you. Don't look for a career here, don't even look for a stepping stone, they only like to see you fail.

Pros

I made some long lasting, albeit trauma bonded, friends. PTO is cool. Prepared me for a better paying job.

Cons

Management really is terrible. Undervalued employees across the board and all positions except for C suites are WELL below the industry standard for pay. Annual “pay increases” are weak and do not even cover inflation. They continue to add middle management that is quite frankly useless and a waste of general resources, as they always hire EXTERNALLY for these leadership roles. These external hires do not know how the business operates and cause additional stress on the people ACTUALLY doing the work, by not even trying to learn and just keep shuffling things back. There is ZERO room or opportunity for growth internally. They’ll dangle lateral movements, or the sales team will poach you, and put you on a PIP within 3 months because you are unable to meet their ballooning and unachievable goals. Perks have slowly been removed over the years with promises that a “replacement” is coming, but never does. Events have been reduced to former shells of greatness. The bullying and manipulation from some managers is also quite bad, and has caused many people to change departments or leave entirely. Be prepared to be overworked consistently and micromanaged down to the last second. Also be adaptable, as the processes change every other month with little to no warning.
