Pros

A free gym? I don't really know to be completely honest. Sure they have onsite ammendities but the boys club is so cheap they make you pay excessively for mediocre food, car detailing and.... Well that's about all. If you don't mind that then I guess its a perk

Cons

Most definitely could go on and on. Years ago management cared for you. They recognized individual skill sets and would take it and developed you. It was easy to learn the business and so much more. Now its become the biggest joke amongst employers/employees you might ever experience. I would not ever reccomend this place to anyone. Employees are under paid and overworked. There is a horrible "metric system" of which you are measured on which takes away from the "client experience" that they believe they are actually achieving (Time will reveal the results of repeated horrifying decisions on all levels) Tons of micromanaging, tons of beaucracy, discrimination and quite frankly a complete disappointment to the workforce. They will build you up very quickly just to smash you back into the ground. There is zero "human" in any decisions that are made. Disposable employees only please.

Pros

I made some long lasting, albeit trauma bonded, friends. PTO is cool. Prepared me for a better paying job.

Cons

Management really is terrible. Undervalued employees across the board and all positions except for C suites are WELL below the industry standard for pay. Annual “pay increases” are weak and do not even cover inflation. They continue to add middle management that is quite frankly useless and a waste of general resources, as they always hire EXTERNALLY for these leadership roles. These external hires do not know how the business operates and cause additional stress on the people ACTUALLY doing the work, by not even trying to learn and just keep shuffling things back. There is ZERO room or opportunity for growth internally. They’ll dangle lateral movements, or the sales team will poach you, and put you on a PIP within 3 months because you are unable to meet their ballooning and unachievable goals. Perks have slowly been removed over the years with promises that a “replacement” is coming, but never does. Events have been reduced to former shells of greatness. The bullying and manipulation from some managers is also quite bad, and has caused many people to change departments or leave entirely. Be prepared to be overworked consistently and micromanaged down to the last second. Also be adaptable, as the processes change every other month with little to no warning.
