Pros

Some coworkers are good to work with that actually do their job.

Cons

The environment actively discourages professional growth. Instead of supporting employees who want to learn and advance, the company seems to stifle initiative. More concerning is the leadership's tendency to reward bad behavior. Employees who engage in unprofessional conduct or undermine team cohesion often face no consequences, while those trying to do the right work are left unsupported. For anyone looking for a safe place to build their career or develop their skills in network operations, this is not the right environment. The lack of psychological safety and the misalignment of rewards make it difficult to thrive here.

Pros

There’s a lot to learn here, and the company truly supports your growth. They invest in certifications and give you chances to take on real responsibilities, which helps build both skills and confidence.

Cons

Sometimes work-life balance can get tricky during peak times, but it's manageable and usually temporary.

Pros

I’ve been with the company since nearly the beginning, starting in an entry-level role and growing into a project manager position through multiple promotions. The most successful individuals here tend to be the ones who can take initiative, document what they do, and help build structure as we grow. The company also strongly supports professional development. We get $2,000 each year for certification reimbursement, plus access to free training platforms like Udemy, which makes it easy to keep learning and building new skills. Most of the team is made up of recent college grads and prior military, and there's a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives across the company. We have a pretty diverse community here and my favorite aspect of the job is my coworkers, they're good people. I’ve even recommended roles here to a few friends and family members over the years, and it’s been great to see them find their own paths and thrive within the organization.

Cons

As with many startups or small companies, things are still evolving. Internal structures and processes are being built as we go, which can be challenging if you're looking for a lot of stability or predefined processes/systems that large companies offer. However, the flip side is that you have a real opportunity to shape your role and have a say in how things are done. It’s a place where taking initiative really matters.
