this company is constantly turning people over, do NOT leave a full time job for this one. I can't count how many people have been let go or have left on their own terms in the past year. Leadership is not invested in growing and developing employees and would rather hire new people time and again. Customers notice this and don't trust us to build their teams when we can't retain our own

1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

Cons

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
