Pros
I would say the 7 free days at any property a year, but considering the way the properties are kept up by ownership, its like going from 1 rat hole to another.
Cons
Corp office provides nothing but a roller coaster ride of job duties and salaries, 1 minute life is going well and you are a GM, next minute they are restructuring and you are a AGM with a significant salary cut. Now the stock holders aren't making enough money, so there are job cuts and terminations and budget cuts to each property. oh and to keep moral up, they cut out 401k matching. Really?! oh boo woo, we are down 3% for the first half the year.
