      People know their business, deep knowledge of systems and process

      Cons

      No consistent strategy, executives pivot to latest shiny object, revenue is in a freefall exec's have no cohesive plan to fix, culture is toxic and rewards bobble heads.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
