8yThanks for your feedback. Since many of your comments are directed at me specifically, I will start by saying that I always try to be as transparent, open and direct in my communication as I can be.
I am always open to a conversation to address specific suggestions, or concerns. While my preference is always an in-person meeting, phone call or email, I find that some employees are more comfortable leveraging Officevibe as a communication channel. (Note: Officevibe is anonymous). Regardless of what communication channel employees use to share their feedback, I can assure you the Executive team and I take it very seriously, and where appropriate, act on it.
When I read your review, the theme that comes through to me is change. As we have grown into a global company, we have had to make changes to scale our business and stay competitive in this industry. While I’m sure there is always an opportunity to improve the clarity of our messaging, I have always tried to be open and honest about what changes we’re making and why. That said, I do take issue with your characterization of me as “not to be trusted” and the implication that I have “lied.” Neither of these things are true. I always have the best interests of the company, our employees and our clients at heart.
