      Pros

      Growth opportunity. at. The days are long and the pace is fast but it's fun to be part of changing the truck equipment industry.

      Cons

      If you're not used to an entrepreneurial startup, you may find it hectic. Decisions are made fast and pivots are common. All for the good though.
