Great product, very employee focused company that is always improving and trying new things. It’s a super friendly and collaborative culture that hires solid people from diverse backgrounds. Above market raises if you show some initiative. There are trainings and other ways they focus on growing employees. Decent benefits and vacation days for a smaller company, including an annual bonus program for all employees. Good work life balance. I’ve never been asked to stay late or work weekends.
Cons
This is not a lot of structure and people who need daily guidance from a manager in order to do their job well won’t last long. The company grew really fast the past few years and there have been some growth-related issues, but nothing major.

Cons
None that have been visible in my time with the company.

Pros
Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.
Cons
Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout.
American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
