      Has good corporation goals and policies.

      Cons

      Local offices in US have Extreme racism. In top site leadership and corporate does not care as long as it making money. The have no diversity in leadership and when they did and that leadership spoke up and stated they racism that was being done they were systematically terminated.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
