      Pros

      Benefits - dental, medical, FSA, commuter. Interesting culinary program innovations. Some very good, hardworking and talented people. Monday to Friday schedule, mostly days.

      Cons

      The main con, and the reason I left, is that there is a culture at Flik in which condescending, narcissistic, self important managers thrive while truly capable, exceptional, caring people stagnate. Promises made are not kept, offers extended are withdrawn willy nilly. It’s also an enormous boy’s club that is less than family friendly, in my experience.

      Pros

      Great experiences with great people. Have learned a lot and have gotten to see a lot of cool places and eat great food.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure on DMs and corporate workers, really everyone but sometimes it’s hard to get the support that you need because other avenues are busy. Also I feel like Flik should cover more than relying on clients to foot all of the bill when it comes to development opportunities.
