Every department of this company is lacking in knowledge. Purchasing dept. has no clue how to supply the locations with proper inventory for their demographics. HR dept. is rude, condescending and not approachable by employees. Account receivables attitude makes it hard for customers to do business with FMP. This company has people in positions that they have held fare too long without gaining any new education or training. Sr management looks at employees as disposable, replaceable objects. The family "forever company" does not exist any longer.
