Massive turnover as we are salary and are driven into the ground Senior leadership has refused to follow HR’d suggestions after listening to NAM team Zero communication from senior leadership on company direction Don’t care about our end customer, they only thing they care about is GE, yet GE as a company has failed and still haven’t learned their lesson from past mistakes
