Management is wonderful to work with, good work-life balance, lots of room to grow, and amazing benefits (wonderful health insurance, PTO, etc)

Residents and their families can be difficult to work with and there tends to be a high turnover rate because of it.

Great team, great working environment, great support from ED.

Benefits are hands down the worst I've ever had.
