Regional Managers were fair and helpful.
Cons
You are made promises if you work hard and upper management is moved around so your hard work is not known to new upper manager so they bring in there own choices for promotions and overlook people who were loyal and hard working for 5 years. Person brought in had no experience and was the worst boss I ever dealt with in my life and had no reason to be that way.
