Pros
Not much to say here. Most of the people I work with are very nice but most seem unhappy with their working conditions. The culture here seems to pit one department against the other but most employees try to overcome this.
Cons
Very nebulous about how their commission structure works with very good reason. Sales territories are supposed to be protected but Sales Manager cherry picks best leads for himself. Very disappointed to say the least.
