5yThank you for providing feedback. It is disappointing to hear that this is the way you felt as a member of our team. And we have to disagree with what you are saying about our culture of care. There is no doubt the company has gone through a lot of changes the past few months. But with change comes opportunity. Our management team and department leaders strive to be honest, to listen, and to care about and support what matters to other members of the team. We’ve worked hard to build a company focused on honesty and integrity, one that emphasizes care and respect toward employees and each other. If you think about it, culture comes from the inside. It’s the way people feel about the work they do, the values they believe in, where they see the company going and what they’re going to do to help get it there. If culture is within all of us, it has most certainly not been lost here at FirstLight.
