Pros

There are great customers with this bank; however, high turnover leaves them frustrated

Cons

Management does not pay attention to why people are leaving. They should! I would make for much better customer satisfaction.

Pros

Some good folks to work with. Lots of volunteer opportunities and time allotted to volunteer.

Cons

Leadership recently pushing for return to office. Also “strongly urging” (forced) all employees to have a bank account here and told if you didn’t, that you would not be considered for future banking officer consideration. Senior leadership seems out of touch with lower lever staff. Often discussing their vacations, boats, etc when these are things some staff are not able to afford with current salary.
