      Pros

      Good colleague connection. You become very close with your colleagues and it's a smaller Big Bank so you get to know a lot of people. Good PTO package, and people are very understanding of work/life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is a lot less than industry average. After a while one may wonder what direction the company is going. They like to try a lot of new ideas but it may leave you wondering what the people in corporate are actually doing.

      Pros

      The events at this organization, even over the past several years, is enough material for a 10-season sitcom. Any acquiring back would gain a customer communities filled with good and decent people. Remarkably, outside of the executive team, there are truly admirable and interesting people at this organization.

      Cons

      Working at this organization is not a sitcom; it’s a tragedy. Leaving this organization is worth celebration.
