Pros

Work/Life Balance, Flexible Work Hours, Interesting Work. Benefits are fairly good.

Cons

Poor compensation and no raises even when company is doing well. Managers are clueless about the state of the company and completely disconnected. They continue to keep hiring more managers but not replacing the engineers, fabricators, assemblers and other specialists who really drive the company. Morale is atrocious. President is never here, gives off the vibe he simply doesn’t care about what happens here aside from making more money and decreasing costs/overhead. Terrible environment compared to what it used to be before the manager changes/shift from a big layoff last year.
