In my experience, the pay does not justify the expectations. PTO exists on paper, but because of the aggressive quotas and limited quota relief, taking time off often creates additional stress rather than providing a real break. There has been considerable turnover, and many positions are not being backfilled, which has contributed to a chaotic work environment. Overall, I would not recommend this role.
