Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry that you have had this experience with Flatiron. We don’t want anyone to feel like they are not included here and encourage all of our employees to share their experiences so we know where we are doing well and where we need improvement.
Thanks to some of the feedback we have already received, we are delivering new programs, enhancing our processes, expanding manager training and remaining focused on hiring strong, diverse talent and maintaining an inclusive environment.
