Pros

Overall great/kind team members and staff, and leadership is also friendly and tries to be transparent. Pay is OK.

Cons

High turnover/low morale due to merger, pay is OK, but promotions are infrequent/no bonuses or raises, there is so much unpaid overtime and very unreasonable workload for the pay, PTO/work life balance is not respected, benefits are not great
