Unlimited FTO is nice if you actually use it.
Cons
They are looking for cheap resources- not quality people. Upper management makes decisions without thinking through all of the impacts they make. They are not transparent with sponsors and any explanations they give when asked are very vague. Too many “directors” and it’s not clear what they all do. Loyalty means nothing in the end- it actually goes against you because they just want to bring in new cheap resources. Layoff process was cold and employees were blindsided. Innocent employees treated like they had done something wrong and were left to bare the financial burden of picking up insurance in a few short weeks.
