Back when it was Labcorp drug development, career progression was great. Numerous opportunities for promotions and growth within the company. Compensation was great and they even had opportunities for us CRAs to get bonuses

MICROMANAGEMENT TO THE MAX. It is not just me, every CRA I have spoken to has noticed the sudden micromanagement. There is no hope of career progression anymore. No one is getting promoted. We have no more benefits, they won't even reimburse office supplies anymore (you have to get special permission to get them reimbursed). They fired all the line managers that viewed us as humans and left all of the micromanagers that only view us as metrics. No more annual stipend to help with TSA Precheck, etc. They say we have unlimited "Flex Time Off" but they sure do make you jump through hoops now to get it. They will absolutely threaten to revoke your FTO (example, "you haven't updated TMF so your FTO will be revoked"). You also have no hope of getting FTO approved if you're on a small study and can't find someone to be your backup
