Fortrea has no respect for its employees -- you are a cog to be thrown away - IT Support Fortrea Employee Review

Was notified 7 months after Labcorp spinoff the entire IT department would be outsourced and we would all be fired. According to our illustrious self-important CIO, after having made a promise not to outsource IT, he went the MSP (Managered Services Provider) model so he kept his promise (he literally said this during meeting announcing the decision). Now if there is a difference between outsourcing and MSP, I don't really think it matters when both have the same result for employees. I know there are no promises in life but half my decision to stay was based upon this obvious lie.
