Pros

They hire everyone. Great starting place as first job, and a great place to work for someone who talks a good talk. If you can sell a bridge, or would rip off your own grandmother you will go far.

Cons

The managers walk on water aren't held to performance. They walk around as if they are gods. Fred himself doesn't respect women, but he is old school. His directors are a good old boys club. Often spending their day socializing with no real work being done, then come down hard if a regular employee looks the wrong way. Salesman are a dime a dozen, joke is until they are there for at least 1 year don't even bother knowing their name. Most don't make it. Turn over extremely high. Most people say it is the worst place they ever work unless they never worked anywhere else. Adjective for the place would be unfair, miserable, joke. BTW they lie on their webpage, most of what they say they offer they don't tuition reimbursement, no. Training at BCCC if you are chosen only, and not all chosen. Healthy Living have to do on your own time, and majority of use that actually work can't take a lunch to go anyway. Most fitness class are on your own time, and you need to pay out of pocket to go. Manager to employee ratio is high.

Pros

Built great relationships with customers and peers

Cons

Management is not willing to take responsibility and support their team. As a matter of fact they aren't team players at all. They don't ask how they can make the department better or try to help be a part or the resolution, they instead cover it up and brush it under the rug. Treat their staff like animals and under appreciate them.
