Management will put their full energy into picking a part things just to tear you down. My call metrics were immaculate but because I stayed on a call longer than 30 minutes (because a student was threatening self harm, and I was trying to keep them on the phone so no one got hurt, PER WHAT MANAGEMENT TOLD ME TO DO) but yet I get dinged for it.
