Rates and pays looks great at the beginning, however, once you are in you are shocked! ( I work for a big OEM through G-Tech). Vacations are nothing , with over 6 years experience, I was given two weeks and they are not willing to give me even one more day, after working for them for couple years ( They will give me 2 more days once you work for them for 5 years). My contact in G-Tech is always in rush, answers my emails and questions very briefly, basically not helpful. Do not think I asked for a lot, I just wanted to talk to him only 3 times in the entire year. As I said they offer good rate at the beginning, however, once your figure out the unpaid days(during holidays), your share for benefit and healthcare, the very bad 401K( its 0.03%, not 3%, yes. that low, that is what he told me and I asked three times to make sure I was not misunderstood, ), plus many other expenses, you will see their rate is less than many other companies.
