Pros
GDI has a lot of growth potential especially for someone new to the industry. There is always opportunity to grow with this company as long as you are willing to apply yourself and be open to relocation. GDI is willing to look past someone's past failures and give them an opportunity for a successful future. GDI is also family orientated and always willing to work with you during a family emergency.
Cons
Salary is low but it is the nature of the industry. Health benefits are a little on the high side for a company of its side. Occasional disconnect from sales to service. Sales seams to over promise what service can deliver. At the end of the day service always gets it done for the customer, sales is just disconnected on what it actually takes.
