Pros

Colleagues and clients were amazing to work with. Many highly educated, qualified and intellectual employees have "gone through" GLS. Although I've often heard Mr. Moseley indicate he helps people "get started" in the industry, there is a rigorous hiring process including knowledge and personality tests ensuring quality employees are hired.

Cons

The turnover rate speaks for itself. Where is the HR department? An investigation into GLS would expose many broken employment laws. Management is unfortunately bullied by the primary owner, Mr. Moseley, who is not a leader but a dictator by definition. I would encourage anyone looking at GLS and more importantly Bill Moseley for any reason impacting others to sit down with Bill for an hour. Ask him about his self installed enneagram process. Ask him what leadership means to him. Ask him about previous employees and also current employees. Ask him about the turnover rate and listen to one of his speeches about giving employees "a start." Ask him if he has faults and emotions. Some of the many characteristics he claims not to have. I'm certain Mr. Moseley would lean back in his chair ever so nonchalant and claim any negativity is a witch hunt..... Do the digging for yourself and listen to your instinct. Then find the facts. They are available, if not somewhat hidden by Mr. Moseley's title's, bullying and structured involvement in beneficial business and politics, etc.

Pros

A few things I really value about working with GL Solutions are the strong team culture and relationships—it genuinely feels like people support each other here. I also appreciate the focus on continuous growth and feedback, which pushes me to improve. And the mission-driven aspect of the work makes it meaningful, knowing what we build actually helps government agencies and the public.

Cons

One area GL Solutions could continue improving is workload balance and ensuring expectations are sustainable as the company grows. There’s also an opportunity to strengthen documentation and knowledge sharing, which would help people work more efficiently. Additionally, continuing to refine career paths and reducing operational inefficiencies could make it easier for employees to see long-term growth and focus on high-impact work.

Pros

One of the things I value most about working at GL Solutions is the opportunity to solve complex problems and work directly with agencies to improve their systems. The work is challenging and requires collaboration across teams, which keeps the job engaging. I also appreciate the level of autonomy employees have and the knowledge many team members bring to solving difficult issues.

Cons

One area that could improve is strengthening quality control earlier in the development lifecycle. At times issues make it into UAT or production that could potentially be caught sooner with additional regression testing and clearer handoffs between teams. Improving visibility into task ownership and status between strategy, development, and QA would also help reduce delays and rework.
