Pros
The company was very understanding of flexible time as long as the time was spent in the office. I was also able to make a steady progression of compensation with performance for a great many years until I reached a cap. The company does do a good job at trying to balance the rising cost of health care with the benefits.
Cons
It is a good old boys club. This translates into some people being in upper positions that do not have strong leadership skills. Very slow to adapt to changing technologies and employment landscape.
