You’ll be working with a great group of people with bright personalities. However, don’t be fooled... it’s every man for himself in the workplace.
Cons
Communication within the sister plants as well as from the corporate level does not travel well. A lot of things are done in the dark... things that specific site management would never tell corporate management. This leads to inadequate sales, lost production time, and pointless work tasks.
