We’re disheartened to hear you did not enjoy your experience on our team. Our goal is always to ensure that all our staff feel respected, and gain valuable experience during their time with us. We find that bi-directional, caring, and constructive feedback is an important component of that growth—both for the personal development for our staff, and for the ongoing improvement of our organization as a whole. Our management standards are also designed to meet our staff members wherever they are on their professional journey, which may range anywhere from high school students all the way up to seasoned professionals.
