Cons
The clients. dealing with the general public at large and sticking to SOP can be emotionally challenging at times. Having any free time is close to impossible, people will walk up to the counter and stop what precious time you have to complete your work. as a consultation agent you are not suppose to repair or touch the key bored. Your main job is to sell tech-support plans and to be a sales man. You can't clime up very far , as the next and final position to a consultation agent is an advanced repair agent. Double agent and the other positions are very competitive and harder to get into then they should . Best Buy is very cheep when supporting the geek squad.
