Pros
Flexible work schedule and work from home options 5 years ago, it was a fantastic company to work for - second best job I had in a 33 year career.
Cons
Company has lost focus since I started 5 years ago. What was once about providing a quality product to our fighting men is now about making money. The turnover at the C-level has been very detrimental to quality and employee morale. "It is good for our bottom line when countries are afraid of Russia" - direct quote from a C level executive during an all hands meeting. Management does not give the engineers the resources needed to test efficiently, causing preventable problems after software is delivered to the customer for testing.
