Pros
None. There IS a price on safety no matter what they preach to you. It’s $20,000.00. If you are injured on the job, be ready to get yelled at for 20-30 minutes before they take you to the hospital. Afterwards they will do nothing but blame you for the injury instead of owning up to all the lack of maintenance that is reported daily to them.
Cons
Poor working conditions. Morale is lower than a third tour of duty in the sand box due to G.M.’s pride and micromanaging. No communication what so ever.
