Pros
This is going to be a long review, I've taken about a week to think about everything to be fair and just with this. The Pro's are there. The place is lovely, well done and very bright. They do feed you once a week, i'm not sure how that will last as they are going to be hiring a lot of people but if they do keep it past the 3-400 mark. The cafe is small but they routinely have snacks kept full and everything for the most part clean. there are some fairly lazy workers who forget to put their dishes in the dishwasher but, nothing terrible. The product had a very in-depth and exciting 'i want to learn more' about it.
Cons
On to the bad. This is where I'm honestly confused and baffled. I was part of the first 'wave' of new hires. 16 new agents, pretty sizeable. I was let go to the apparent not fitting in with the Culture. Now there definitely is culture but it felt like a clique. I suck with cliques and brown-nosing so I was myself. The problem was that I was not told this until my last day where they let me go an hour later. No feedback, at all regarding anything other than you pass or failed a test. That means for 30 whole days of working, studying, training and grasping the knowledge I had no idea that I had done anything wrong at all. They are honestly so blind because they are gripping so hard onto culture they are unwilling to give new people a chance to see if they can change or improve. I've always had the key quote "If I don't know it, I can't improve it. If you tell me, I will improve it." This is not something they apparently allow. Be perfect or get out. Oh, if you speak out at all for something, be prepared to be told it was inappropriate even when innocent in nature and caring for those who may be effected. So, honestly if you want to work here, fake the the heck out of it. If you can't, you might as well look for another job while getting paid 16.5/hr.
