Pros

*** Inspired Leadership team with a clear-cut vision *** Some of the best people I have ever worked with. *** Close knit inclusive team, everyone helps each other and works collaboratively. Every team member does everything they can to help other team members succeed. *** The leadership team really recognise and reward hard work (there are monthly team meals, employee of the month competitions and 5* incentive trips each year) *** Decisions are made a lot quicker than in some of the bigger recruitment companies I have worked for. *** Staff Turnover is really low, the lowest I have seen. *** Management give people time to find their feet and there is not the hire and fire mentally that a lot of recruitment firms have. *** They invest heavily in technology and have a number of exciting projects on at the moment which revolutionise the way we work and keep us ahead of the competition.

Cons

This isn't really a con but there is a realistic expectation that every employee should work hard to do their job and get it done. That isn't for everyone but providing you are prepared to stay committed and work hard you will get all the support you need from the leadership team and you will progress.

Pros

Office location easy to travel by trains, But in the sticks if not familiar with the area - few good local shops in the area. Family-run business; the CEO is friendly, kind and approachable and so are the staff members in the office. People are always helpful if you are unsure of something. Good pay. Flexible working good.

Cons

There is no streamlined training or process you can refer to do your job better. Senior Managers can be more present in call meetings, especially when waiting for urgent decisions. Slow growth in the business and old-fashioned ways of systems used. There are no young people in the company, No Team building or social events. Diversity in the consultants, but none in the actual business. No career progression or learning development courses and it can become boring. Issues with the project teams not being paid for work completed.
